How to Order

At Kala, we make it easy to find and purchase the perfect pieces from our collections. You can order directly from our website or through our Etsy store—follow the steps below to get started!

Ordering on Our Website (Shopify)

  1. Browse Our Collection
    Visit kalawear.com and explore our latest collections. Use the categories and filters to find specific styles, sizes, and colors.

  2. Select Your Product
    Click on the item you wish to purchase, select your size and color (if applicable), and click Add to Cart.

  3. Review Your Cart
    Once you’ve added all desired items to your cart, click on the Cart icon at the top of the page to review your selection. Make any adjustments as needed.

  4. Proceed to Checkout
    Click Checkout to enter your shipping information, choose your preferred shipping method, and see any calculated shipping fees.

  5. Complete Payment
    Enter your payment details to complete your order securely. We accept major credit cards and other payment options as displayed at checkout.

  6. Order Confirmation
    Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the details and tracking information once your order ships.

Ordering on Etsy

  1. Visit Our Etsy Store
    Go to Kala Wear on Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/KalaWearOfficial) to see our collections available on Etsy.

  2. Select Your Product
    Browse the store, click on an item to view details, select options (like size and color), and click Add to Cart.

  3. Proceed to Checkout
    Once you’re ready, click Proceed to Checkout. You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Etsy account if you’re not already logged in.

  4. Choose Shipping and Payment Options
    Select your preferred shipping method and enter your payment information. Etsy accepts various payment options, including major credit cards and PayPal.

  5. Order Confirmation
    After completing the payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation from Etsy with details on your purchase and shipping.
